Hello everybody.
Calories are without no doubt a huge part of our lives. I bet the “how many calories” question is becoming more and more popular everyday. People care about what they eat and about its nutrition values.
Calories are not always a bad thing. Calories are the energy you need to live! But eating too many calories or wasting calories on junk food and high fat food is not a good idea.
This site would try to support you and your diet by giving you interesting information, tips, updates, stories and everything related to calories and food. We would like to make sure you can find the answer to any “how many calories” question you might have!
Like any other health related issue, it is important that you consult a doctor about your diet and eating habbit and especially before making any changes to them.
